SHIPPING

Bago has a minimum order quantity of 4 bottles due to packing and shipping. Shipping is based in the weight of each parcel. 

4-12 BOTTLES $30 (Aramex)

12-24 BOTTLES $60 (Aramex)

All within Australia

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Bago will endeavour to dispatch wines within 2 days weekdays of order and payment, however we can’t guarantee delivery on that date or delivery within a requested/required time or date. 

Bago will not be liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery in the case that the customer has provided an incorrect or out of date delivery address. 

Bago can not delivery to PO boxes or addresses outside of Australia. 

PROOF OF AGE

Goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Bago may request that the person who received the goods to provide proof of age. 

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence: To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000). 

For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700) 

RETURNS

Should you receive a case of wine that appears to have been damaged in transit Bago will provide a replacement or an alternative product subject to availability.

If in the event the product is visibly damaged in transit you should: 

  1. Refuse to accept the delivery

  2. Direct the courier to return the goods to sender

  3. Contact our customer service office immediately (see below form)

If you are dissatisfied with the product you received you can return them for a replacement or full refund, under the following circumstances: 

  1. The un-opened and undamaged wine bottles are returned within 7 days of opening.

  2. Upon internal testing of the Bago is deemed faulty or defective.

  3. We will refund or replace the products when we receive the goods and are satisfied that they are in the original condition.

  4. You will need to supply your original invoice upon returning the product and also fill out the below form stating this request with the reason for return.

  5. All returns are at the customers expense
